Sveta Nosova. Аbstract shape and the mood

Hello, I am an artist from Saint-Petersburg. This is my studio.

I am interested in the topic of formal art. Influence form at content and content at form. At the moment, I am conducting an experiment on the topic: how the form and its graphic content affect the mood of a person, and I am collecting people’s opinions on this topic.

I work with a form using the collage technique of colored paper.
One of the forms, I decided to explore by polling the opinion of the audience. I cut it out of cardboard and hung it in the window and collect opinions.

I would be interested to know your opinion about the mood that this form gives rise to. I ask you to speak on this topic, if you wish.

    Hi Sveta, these forms are really interesting! Looking at this and your most recent post, they almost seem to me like microscopic organisms- amoeba or bacteria or something like that. For the form you asked about, I would say I feel almost uncomfortable with this form. There’s something strange about the soft curve of the shape, and the harsh dark lines within it.
