My bike vs. historical street in Lichtenberg (audio) by Jarkko Räsänen

This week I have been moving around in Berlin. I went to an ecstatic dance demonstration in Treptauer Park. I did not dance. But inspired from the atmosphere I ended up using my mode of transportation as an instrument for a site-specific concert of my impromptu “IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT”: the symphonic timbres of recycled metal waste turned heads on sidewalks:

Then I went to Marzahn.

    Oh the sound of that bike! Those streets are beautiful, but I prefer to ride my bike on other streets whenever possible 🙂
