The next future of social evolution is a transcendence of national into post-national. 
This means transcendence and inclusion: 
organisms -> communities -> societies.   

Future of humanity is post-national. Post-national world will unite resources and build resilience for global crises. It will create universal human rights, improve economic and intellectual exchange, and decrease the possibility of wars. 

To create a post-national state we need to build legitimate and transparent tools for voting and controlling governmental services. To create a post-national world we need to rethink our ID.
