The next stage of work is directly creating a sketch for a large oil painting. To do this, I scan my graphic works in ink and assemble them into a digital multi-layered collage.

This is the stage of creative torment. It can take a couple of hours, or it can stretch for a couple of weeks. But in the end, I get a very accurate sketch. And then it’s just a matter of transferring it exactly into the material. Just relax and paint.
