This Saturday we will have an interesting conversation with an artist and illustrator Kjell Zillen. By today Kjell should have finished his month-long residence in SPAR, but you-know-what stepped in. So fortunately Kjell became one of our first virtual residents. 

Kjell works under the pseudonym BatsWearBlack and draws quirky creatures with pen, paint and fabric on paper. His style’s been described as ‘Delicately Odd with a dollop of the Peculiar’. He is currently engaged in a skateboard project: 8 boards with hand made images. In addition, Kjell is fond of graffiti and music.
